Noida: DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (DMIC-IITGNL) will hire a consultant to upgrade and operate its electronic land management system (e-LMS) and website for three years.The e-LMS enables online land allotment, building plan approvals and payments for industrial units in the 750-acre township in the Dadri–Noida–Ghaziabad Investment Region. The project is part of a larger plan to develop a 200 sq km smart industrial hub across 80 villages in Bulandshahr and GB Nagar.

While bids can be submitted until March 3, the window for technical bids will open on March 6 and financial bids of qualified bidders will open later. The consultant will be selected through the quality and cost-based selection method, where technical proposals carry 70% weightage and financial bids 30%. The successful bidder will need to submit a performance bank guarantee equal to 4% of the contract value. The selected firm's work will include security audits, fixing technical issues, updating software, managing databases, and improving system performance.
It will also ensure compliance with govt norms related to data protection and accessibility. It will also be responsible for regularly updating the website with circulars, reports, and notices, including monitoring system performance, preparing maintenance reports, etc. and suggesting improvements where needed.The firm will provide regular data backups and maintain a disaster recovery plan. It will also provide round-the-clock support in case of cyber fraud related incidents. The Authority may also introduce new modules and services during the contract period if needed.After completion of the contract, the full source code, database and application will be handed over to DMIC-IITGNL.DMIC-IITGNL is a joint venture between the National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT) and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA).It is responsible for developing and managing the integrated industrial township, the multi-modal transport hub at Boraki, and the logistics hub at Dadri under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor project.
